Carter K.F. Chow

President
Carter K.F. Chow is a graduate of Brigham Young University and BYU’s J. Reuben Clark Law School. In addition to advising clients on various corporate and securities-related transactions while at a New York law firm, Carter has experience working with both professional sports teams and leagues as he has worked for the Houston Texans and as legal counsel for the Arena Football League. As an NFLPA-certified Contract Advisor, Carter has negotiated hundreds of deals for his NFL clients, including the largest contract in NFL history at the time it was signed.

Shantal Lamelas

CEO
Shantal Lamelas has over 20 years of sports experience in global corporate partnerships, consulting, athlete marketing and business operations. She has worked in a variety of capacities in the sports world bringing significant experience to Red Envelope Sports. She directly consults with clients on projects designed to enhance their off-field and post-career revenue opportunities and assists brands with cross marketing initiatives. She is a certified NFLPA Contract Advisor and has represented athletes in the Olympics, Formula racing, Wheelchair Motocross and LPGA.

Juan Lozano

VP/Head of Coaching
A native Southern Californian, Juan has experience working in law and marketing. He possesses first-hand knowledge of the collegiate athletic landscape as a result of having worked for various FBS and FCS college football programs throughout the years. Juan leads the Coaches Division, but he also works with NFL players as a certified NFLPA Contract Advisor. He speaks fluent Spanish.

Daniel Munyer

NFLPA Contract Advisor
Daniel Munyer is a University of Colorado graduate and an eight year NFL veteran. Along with contract negotiating experience, he has a unique background having played at the highest level, as well as advising former teammates throughout their careers. As an NFLPA-certified Contract Advisor, Daniel is eager to serve with the RES mission of integrity while using his knowledge to help clients gain leverage and achieve success on and off the field.
